Sam has led major property projects for some of the UK’s leading multi-site brands including TGI Friday’s, PAUL Bakeries, Fitness First, Wagamama, Be At One Cocktail Bars, and Coppa Club before establishing her own company, Sam Hopper associates in 2019.

Working alongside industry-leading designers to co-create and build spaces that are both beautifully designed and operationally efficient, she has delivered full build, restoration and refurbishment projects from single-site independent fit-outs through to estate-wide rollouts.

Sam has worked with high-end French bakery chain PAUL to maximise cover numbers and improve speed of service across their estate, collaborating with Lille-based designers to carefully combine French comfort and styling with the efficiency demands of London. She has also managed the planning and rollout of nationwide refurbishments and Deliveroo pick-up spaces across the Wagamama group. Sam has managed the design and build of the new Coppa Club restaurant in Brighton Square and the Summer and Winter schemes of the infamous Coppa Club igloos.

Sam has a passion for property and alongside her commercial contracts she has worked on a number of residential spaces. She thrives on creating environments which perfectly balance ergonomic design, lighting and flow to make sure homeowners and guests get the most out of their space.
